FAQ
-
What makes Harvest House Tea Company Different?
For starters, we actually drink our own tea. Our blends are organic, sourced from Canadian suppliers, and chosen with care to support things like digestion, skin, sleep, and stress. We’re women-owned, based in Alberta, and we don’t believe in teas that taste like punishment.
-
Do you blend your own teas?
Nope! And that’s on purpose. We partner with two trusted Canadian companies who sources and blend all our teas using organic, high-quality ingredients. We only stock what we love, use, and can’t shut up about.
-
I don't know how to brew loose leaf tea. Will I mess it up?
Not even a little. If you can boil water, you’re halfway there. Just use a simple infuser, French press, or even a mason jar with a strainer. We’ve got a step-by-step brewing guide to walk you through it, no fancy gadgets required.
-
Are your teas organic?
YES. Our teas are made with organic compliant ingredients. That means no pesticides, no weird additives, and no mystery dust in a bag.
-
Where are you located?
We’re based in Alberta, Canada and ship across the country. And yes, your tea is packed by real people (Joanne or Jordan) who care about every order.
-
Do you have caffeine-free options?
We do! Just head to the Caffeine - Free section of the shop and you’ll find our favourite blends for winding down, sleeping better, or just sipping without the jitters.
-
Can your tea help with bloating/ stress/ skin / hormones?
Yes! While we’re not doctors, our teas are made with functional herbs traditionally used fro digestion support, hormone balance, calming the nervous system, and promoting skin clarity. Start with:
→ Head Harmony for bloat and digestions
→ Stress Less for mood + calm
→ Balance Me Chai for hormone support
→ Sunset in the Rockies for sleep
-
What's the shelf life of your teas?
Our teas stay fresh for 2 years if stored in a cool, dry place (but let’s be honest - you’ll drink them faster than that).
-
Is this tea magical?
It won’t do your taxes, but it will probably help you poop, glow, and (mostly) stop snapping at your kids. So…kinda.
